Most attorneys never get to see all of the skills a mediator has because they never allow the mediator to utilize their skills. You have to allow your mediator to work for you, to get everything that you can out of your mediator.
The majority of disputes will resolve in one or two sessions, while some disputes can take several sessions to resolve.
