Mediation, Arbitration and ADR Services

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has quickly become the premier standard to streamline an often-lengthy and expensive legal process while keeping the high quality and service we all expect.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Acts were established in almost every state back in the late 1970s and early 1980s where today every state has alternatives to court. There are several methodologies within the ADR system: Mediation, Arbitration, Conciliation and Negotiation each have very different functions and uses which all provide substantial benefits that cannot be obtained in the court room.

ADR has been proven to save 70% on litigation costs, 60% on court time, tons of stress, removes the “fighting” associated with court and improves relationships afterwards. ADR processes can be started before you file, which is preferred, or after you file before a hearing date. Most judges will postpone a hearing for an ADR process.

All forms of ADR are supported by the District Courts, Federal Courts, the US Supreme Court, International Courts and Law, EEOC, FBI, Businesses, and many others.
